I’m Ashleigh Ledoux—wife, mom, entrepreneur, adventurer, and the hands behind Kneady B!tch. My journey has taken me from the beaches of San Diego to the historic charm of St. Augustine, from the fast-paced world of marketing to the slow, intentional art of baking sourdough.

From Chaos to Calm—One Loaf at a Time

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been someone who

builds while nurturing. Whether it was leading teams in retail and marketing, helping structure the vision for our family business, or creating a life filled with adventure, I’ve always had a knack for turning ideas fueled by passion into something real. But the biggest transformation of my life wasn’t in business—it was in choosing a healthier, more intentional way to live.

After years of struggle, my husband and I made the powerful decision to embrace sobriety, choosing wellness, clarity, and presence over everything else. That shift led us across the country in search of a better life, and ultimately, it led me to

bread.

Why Bread? Why Now?

Baking isn’t just a process for me—it’s therapy. It’s meditation. It’s love. In a world that moves fast, sourdough forces you to slow down, to be patient, to nurture something from start to finish. And the reward? A warm, crackling loaf that nourishes not just the body, but the soul.

My love language has always been Acts of Service, and there’s no greater fulfillment than feeding the people I love. What started as a personal practice—making wholesome, gut-friendly bread for my family—quickly became a passion I wanted to share with my community. That’s why I created

Kneady B!tch—a playful, bold, and passionate brand that reflects not just the art of sourdough, but the resilience and creativity it takes to build something beautiful.

Life Beyond the Loaf

When I’m not elbow-deep in dough, you’ll find me

exploring the world with my family. We’ve chased waves in Hawaii, wandered the streets of New Orleans, hiked through the Redwoods in California, down the dirt paths of the Grand Canyon and dived into the sunken ships of the Bahamas. Whether it’s a theme park roller coaster or a quiet sunrise on the Florida coast, we believe in experiencing everything this world has to offer.

Through all of life’s changes, one thing has remained true—home is wherever my family is, and bread will always be at the center of our table.
